Cyherbia’s Ecopsychology & Ecotuning experiences
Meditation in Nature – deep reconnection with Mother Earth
22 April 2026 – Earth Day
Celebrate our Mother Earth with a guided meditation in the park led by Ecotuner Melina Tringi. We honour our Earth and deepen our connection to her through stillness, awareness and presence.
This experience introduces new ways of seeing and sensing, helping you rediscover what may have been forgotten or not yet noticed, about nature, yourself, and how deeply interconnected we are. Gentle ecopsychology practices will be shared, which you can continue using in daily life.

Guided by Melina Tringi
Your guide for our ecopsychology and ecotherapy workshops is Melina Tringi, co-owner of Cyherbia Botanical Park:
Student at IES – International Ecopsychology Society
Professional photographer with over 15 years of experience
Melina brings together her love for nature, her training in ecopsychology and her photographic eye to create a safe, playful and reflective space. She introduces accessible techniques of observation and perception so that anyone – regardless of experience level – can explore photography as a pathway to self-knowledge and nature connection.
What Is Ecotuning, Ecopsychology and Ecotherapy?
Ecopsychology explores the relationship between human beings and the natural world, recognising that we are spiritually, mentally and physically interconnected with nature. Ecotuning is a practical, experiential approach within ecopsychology: it “tunes” us back into nature through direct, embodied experiences outdoors.
Ecotherapy is when we find mental, emotional and spiritual healing through time spent in nature. In Fotosindesi (Φωτοσύνδεση), we weave these approaches together using meditation and photography as our tools.
